Your access to quality healthcare should never be limited. We offer transportation services to help you get to appointments, and we also have after-hours support and translation services. We work with your insurance and offer a sliding fee scale for your convenience.

- Sliding Fee Discount Program
The health center serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. The Sliding Fee Discount Program is available to all eligible patients. Discounts are offered based on household size and income. For more information, ask a member of our registration staff or call us!
