We are proud to operate the ID and DD waiver program. This program is designed to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve higher levels of independence. Self-sufficiency is the goal, and the program provides coordinated services that are tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Service may be offered at the patient's home, community destinations, and facility-based day habilitation headquarters as needed.
