Empower Yourself With Good Faith Estimates
Due to the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a good faith estimate. Under this law, we're required to provide patients without insurance or who are not using insurance with an estimate for their bill. The estimate should include medical items and scheduled services.
It's your right to receive this good faith estimate for the expected costs of non-emergency items or services with the following conditions:
- With 10 days or more before the appointment, you will have an estimate in three days
- Within three to nine days of the appointment, your estimate will be prepared by the next business day
- No good faith estimate is required or guaranteed if the appointment is in less than three days
Save a copy or picture of your good faith estimate. If your bill is at least $400 more than the estimate, you can dispute the cost.
Sliding Fee Scales for Accessible Healthcare
The sliding fee scale is available to all patients. We offer discounts based on family size and income level. We have different sliding scales for dental services and medical and behavioral healthcare services.
